Instructions:
1. Complete this form for each staff member.
2. Select your company
3. Enter access code provided
4. Fill out the form
5. Click continue
6. Once you finished the staff member will receive a confirmation email

Badge quotas per package:
10x10 booth: 4 badges
10x20 & 10x30 booth: 6 badges
20x20 & 10x40 booth: 8 badges
20x30 booth: 10 badges
20x40 booth and up: 12 badges

Note: You may add staff members until your reach your quota. If you need more badges you may purchase at $25ea. until Feb. 7; $40 after.

Wednesday, Feb. 12: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (Opening starts 8:30 am)
Thursday. Feb. 13: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

MOVE-OUT:

Thursday. Feb. 13: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
