BOOTH PACKAGES: 10’x10' (3x3 mts) includes 8’ high back drape, 3’ side rails, one 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, waste basket, and a 7”x 44” ID sign (with co. name hung from the back of your booth). 10'x20' (3x6 mts) and larger booths receive two 6’ draped tables and 4 chairs.

Start Preparing for The Energy Expo 2025 (7th edition) in Fort Lauderdale to be held on August 20 & 21, at the Broward County Convention Center (Hall A).

2) SUGGESTIONS: Order by posted deadlines for discounted rates and request any show contractor an estimate on any potential order before confirming!

3) HOTELS: 4 great affiliated Hotels at special event rates with extensive benefits. BOOK here (limited availability served on a first-come basis, cut-off dates apply starting July 17). WARNING: Book directly, avoid scammers.

4) SHOW CONTRACTORS: Order only from the official show contractors included in the EXHIBITOR RESOURCE CENTER

5) SCAMMERS: Extremely active in the trade show industry. We have been warned that outsiders are presenting themselves by email and by phone, as affiliated event vendors, offering Hotel bookings, event databases and services for The Energy Expo 2025 participants. Do not buy anything from them. They are not affiliated, authorized, and may be scammers. Please note we do not sell or share attendee, exhibitor, sponsor or speaker information. 6) EDUCATION: Great educational sessions are included in the Program! Exhibitors can attend FREE any session. (accredited courses not included and require registration). For sessions and speakers confirmed so far click here. The program schedule will be posted no less than 30 days prior to the show. Check regularly for updates.

7) ASSISTANCE: For Show Management mail at service@TheEnergyExpo.com. For Contractors and to order, contact them directly using contact info included in the specific resource sections. Do not contact Show Management about this.

Badge quotas per package:
10x10 booth: 4 badges
10x20 & 10x30 booth: 6 badges
20x20 & 10x40 booth: 8 badges
20x30 booth: 10 badges
20x40 booth and up: 12 badges

If you need carpet, booth furnishings, labor, shipping, pre-storage services, material handling and almost everything else… order from EXPO Convention Contractors our official decorator/contractor. You have two areas to unload: the Loading Docks (when material handling services by the show contractor are required), and the Parking Garage when you bring hand carried items and will prefer to unload on your own.

ACCESS & LOADING AREAS:

When using the Loading Docks, come in through the loading dock area to unload your vehicles (see Map 1). You’ll get temporary passes limited to 15-30 minutes. Then you should go and relocate them to the parking garage (see Map 2). Vehicles cannot be parked in the loading dock area. Vehicles to be displayed in the hall will receive special instructions.

For hand carry items you can park directly in the parking garage and carry them to the exhibit hall. Please see here a sample of what can be considered hand carry items. Note that vehicles are not permitted to unload in front of the building.

PARKING: The parking garage rate is $20 per day (no in-out). Vehicles are not permitted to park overnight, and they are subject to tow if left overnight. For the garage levels 2 to 6, clearance is 6’8”. The first level is available for larger vehicles (mid and large trucks) at a rate of $40 ea. per day. Moving in days will be hourly rated.


Standard electricity (120 v, 5 amps) is an option, and you may have included it when booking your booth, if you DID NOT include it you can order now.

Exhibitors that will bring vehicles to display, should submit this form by Aug. 1st.

A special schedule will be provided for moving-in vehicles in the Hall on August 18th (Monday), depending on your booth location on the floor. You should comply to avoid conflict with the overall set-up process. Show Management does not assume responsibility if vehicles do not show up in time and cannot access their spot. Access gate dimensions are 15’9” wide x 15' 10" high (Make sure your vehicle fits in!). The show contractor will guide the vehicle move in/out process and a spotting round-trip charge will apply.


We now include compliant liability insurance in all booth packages. Exhibitors will no longer be required to get and submit separate liability insurance. Provided by RAINPROTECTION. They will send your Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the proper verbiage and coverage required prior to the show.
